Our specialists disassemble the engine and then reassemble it with specially selected parts and product groups. All engines are built by hand and all modification work fully documented.\n  \u003cbr\u003e\n\u003cbr\u003e\n  What special treatment process do the Type 1 kit engines undergo?\n  \u003cbr\u003e\n  Before and during assembly, many parts are measured, weighed and documented. For example, the valve timing is optimized, the weights of the connecting rod and piston sets are matched and a matching cylinder head gasket is installed.\n  \u003cbr\u003e\n  After assembly, the engine is run in on the engine dyno for several hours in a defined sequence, followed by a final performance measurement. The engines are only sealed and delivered to the customer once the desired performance level has been achieved.
