It’s been a minute since we’ve posted an update on this side of the site... late 2024, to be exact! But just because the keyboard was quiet doesn’t mean the wrenching ever stopped down here on the sunny side of Miami.

Starting with Greatness: Why We Chose the Base Model 2025 Panigale V4

Back in late 2024, we welcomed a new member to the Motomillion family: the 2025 Ducati Panigale V4.

It’s an absolute masterpiece straight out of the crate from Borgo Panigale, home to the 360 degree Ducati experience with the Factory and Museum tour being of one those things that makes you want to live and breath Ducati. And yes we deliberately picked up the base model. As custom builders, our passion is to build from the ground up, and there isn't a piece we do not touch on these machines!

For those keeping up with international bike news, you already know how special the seventh-generation Panigale V4 platform is:

• MCN Superbike of the Year: Awarded Best Superbike by Motorcycle News (MCN) for its blend of world-class track performance and approachable real-world rideability.

• Red Dot Design Award Winner: Recognized with the prestigious Red Dot Awad, one of the toughest design competitions in consumer products, proving that form and function really can exist in perfect harmony.

Tested on Our Bikes Before They Reach Yours

So why start with a base model? Because our vision at Motomillion isn't just about distributing high-end motorcycle parts, it’s about testing and perfecting them ourselves to ensure we also have safe reliable rides.

Every motorcycle in our lineup has a clear purpose. It’s not just about our passion for riding these machines; it’s about installing aftermarket components, test-fitting every bracket and fairing, and providing real feedback to manufacturers about how a product should perform.

As featured in our YouTube videos, if a product isn't good enough to live on our personal bikes, we won't ship it to yours. Simple as that.

Pushing the Limits of the OEM+ World

Our goal with this build is to create something tastefully curated, what the motorcycle world calls an OEM+ and of course very prominent to the automobile world.

With factory exotics like the limited-production Panigale V4 Lamborghini (inspired by the Revuelto) and the legendary Superleggera setting the bar at astronomical levels, we wanted to show what's possible in the aftermarket realm. We believe there are no limits when you combine a strong foundation with the right components.

Looking at our 2025 Panigale V4 today, you’d never guess it started life as a base model. We’re proud of how far this machine has come, and even prouder that it represents the spirit of the worldwide Motomillion family.

Beyond the build, why did we choose the selection of parts for this one of one build

If you scroll down to the current parts list on our build, you might wonder why we curated this exact setup. As always, everything is Mani-Approved. As we mention in almost all of our videos, if we wouldn't run a part on our own bikes, you won't find it on our website.

The Wheels & Braking Setup

First up, and easily the most eye-catching feature on our Motomillion Panigale V4 - are the wheels. We get endless comments when this bike is out in the wild about how much they transform its overall presence.

Before switching to the Ducati Performance Forged Wheels in Grey, we were rocking the BST StarTek Carbon Fiber wheels. Going overboard with carbon is a bit of a Motomillion signature, but the grey forged finish gives us a much cleaner view of the incredible braking hardware behind it:

• Brembo T-Drive Rotors

• Brembo Hypure Cast Monoblock Calipers

• Proti Hardware

• Stahlbus Bleeder Valves (the ultimate cherry on top)

Protection & Cockpit Upgrades

Moving to protection, Evotech Radiator Guards are a non-negotiable must-have on these newer V4s. Ducati Performance offers an OEM set as well, but at a significantly higher price tag.

Finally, take a look at the cockpit. Pull up a photo of a stock 2025 Panigale V4 handlebar setup, place it next to ours, and the difference speaks for itself:

Exhaust Setup done the right way

If you have seen a video, of how this 2025 Panigale V4 sounds, you'd think the bike is at least flashed. The truth is it's not even flashed. This is by far one of the craziest sounding bikes with only a Slip-On installed. It does have a Servo Buddy but that's all. Hearing it through a speaker does the bike no justice!
