Motomillion customers get free shipping within USA on every order.  Items that are in stock will ship out within 24 to 72 hours (During business days Monday to Friday).  For stock inquiries you can send us an email or call us directly.

Please note that expedited shipping options such as 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air are subject to availability. The shipping options mean that the items once shipped will ship with the selected service.

The speed of service for 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air services do not take into account weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as delivery dates. For example, a Next Day Air order shipped on Friday would be delivered on the next business day, which is Monday.

Please note that for order security, all orders above $1000 USD value will need a signature on delivery. The signature can not be waived and if an order is returned due to non-receipt by the buyer, the actual outgoing shipping charges and return shipping charges will NOT be refunded. Please follow the progress of your order with the tracking information that is provided for you to ensure the safe and secure delivery of your order.

Canadian customers, all orders are shipping out with UPS Air service, there might be customs or brokerage fees incurred and is due to be paid by you the receiver. While these charges are minimal, it is the buyer's responsibility to pay these government charges fees.

We welcome international customers, and cater the lowest shipping rates while having their orders delivered quickly. It’s our goal to provide you the highest quality products with the lowest possible price.  If you find an item available online at a lower “final” price we will not only match it, but beat it by 5%.  The final price includes all applicable duties, taxes and shipping costs.  Price match discounts can not be combined with any other promotions.  To submit a request, simply contact us with the information and we will adjust the price of the product for you.

Requirements for a price match include, same color, same size, same condition and the product must be in stock on the competitors website.

All competitor websites and listing on 3rd party sites such as eBay and Amazon must be licensed online retailers, retailers which can honor manufacturer warranties and ensure that the product is not secondhand or a knock-off/counterfeit.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are returning merchandise within 7 days from the date of receipt, and the item has not been installed, modified and is complete, you may return all or part of the order to receive a full refund* for the original purchase price of the product. Return shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Please contact us for an Return Authorization number before returning any product.  Returned merchandise must be in “as-new” condition, with all original packaging and contents. No returns will be accepted on merchandise after 7 days.

Due to the nature of the product, all windshields that have the manufacturers packaging open can not be returned or exchanged.

*Some returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
