The material used, BDC, gives the component a unique and individual touch. The surface of each BDC part is one of a kind and reminiscent of marble. BDC is laminated by hand and cures in several stages in the autoclave. The various fibers disperse the incoming light and create an unprecedented reflection.
The final clear coat layer in a glossy finish emphasizes the luxurious-sporty look of the component.
Protection and Quality
To optimally protect the high-quality material, we use a specially developed plastic coating on all surfaces. This, in combination with the clear coat, provides a unique depth effect that particularly highlights the quality of the material.
