The 2020+ Yamaha is one of our most popular products. Being the first to the game back in 2020 was a huge deal and we paved the way for ECU tuning access on these bikes back then. Since then we have quietly revised our product to deliver more power, better rideability, and more refinement. We have received hundreds of inquiries over the past 5 years for a Stage 2 variant of our already popular stage 1 map . While we love sales as much as the next person, we never felt that we had enough changes available to warrant a stage 2 map. That was until this year. Starting from the ground up and revisiting all the tables we modify in the ECU, we looked for worthwhile changes that would take our already great mapping, to the next level. Outlined below, our stage 2 features are designed around a fully modified bike. This means a full exhaust and filter at least should be used. Our stage 1 handheld tuner is needed first which allows you to flash the ECU.

ADVANTAGES OVER STAGE 2

• Remapping of the whole torque and ETV curve to give 100% of its torque below 7,000 RPM at every angle for maximum torque and responsiveness.
• Reshaped all throttle angles to get rid of the traditional Yamaha jerky experience of on / off throttle - making it ride incredibly smooth like an Aprilia/BMW as most requested. Removing or adding angle until we got a true 1:1 experience with the rider making the bike much easier to ride slowly AND at the limit
  
• Fully revised quick shifter for dramatically improved shifting to mimic the BMW S1000RR speed and consistency
• Adjusted fueling for various different exhaust and filter configurations at every throttle angle making it a full spectrum tune
• Utilized closed loop for low throttle angles and low RPM for fuel economy when cruising, without missing out on power.
• Optimized ignition mapping for more power but still well-within safety parameters, Seeing 192 on 91 pump and 195 on 93 with a 2025 slip on/stock filter bike. Putting peak power now at 13,700 RPM vs. 13,000 RPM before (Stage1)
• Available mapping for VP race fuels (200+whp)
• Adjustment to YCCI velocity stack RPMs for increased top end
• Please note: Regardless what any vendor says: Velocity stacks are not needed on this platform, there are no HP gains to be found, stock works the best.
