2025+ CFMOTO 675SS / 675NK

We developed an OEM+ calibration for the 2025+ CFMOTO 675SS because we saw a growing platform with very few well-engineered tuning solutions.

Leveraging our extensive experience with Bosch engine management systems, we spent countless hours on the dyno and test bench analyzing factory calibrations, validating changes, and stress testing every revision. The result is a calibration that delivers safe, repeatable performance gains while preserving the refinement and reliability riders expect from an OEM-quality solution.

When we say OEM+, we mean exactly that: no piggyback modules, no unnecessary add-on hardware, and no permanent modifications. The motorcycle retains full factory functionality and can be returned to its original calibration in just minutes for dealer service, resale, or whenever the owner chooses.

Best of all, the entire process is completed with our BT Moto Handheld Tuner, allowing you to read, flash, or go back to stock from the comfort of your own garage, eliminating the need to mail in your ECU.

OUR GOALS

• The first full-spectrum, at-home custom tuning solution for the 2024+ Bosch MG1 6.0 ECU. Read, flash, and restore both stock and custom calibrations directly from your handheld device.
• Optimized fueling and ignition calibration delivers measurable horsepower and torque gains throughout the rev range, not just at peak power.
• Comprehensively recalibrated throttle mapping (25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% throttle) for 91+ octane fuel, improving power delivery and rideability. Gains of 5–15 HP are possible depending on throttle position and supporting airflow modifications.
• Raised RPM limiter extends the usable powerband, reducing the number of shifts required on track while improving acceleration and increasing top speed when combined with speed limiter removal. (OPTIONAL)
• Refined thermal management helps maintain cooler, more consistent operating temperatures under demanding riding conditions.
• No emissions delete hardware required. Retains the factory closed-loop oxygen sensor strategy for excellent drivability, fuel economy, and adaptive fueling while still delivering significant performance gains.
• Sharper throttle response and stronger midrange torque provide noticeably improved acceleration and drivability.
• Validated calibrations for popular performance modifications, including extensively tested exhaust systems and intake upgrades, ensuring seamless integration with proven aftermarket components.
• Optimized and tested on multiple bikes and mod combos, including stock exhaust and all popular modified exhaust brands.
• 20-100MPH testing went from 8.7 (stock tuning and stock exhaust to 8.1 (BT tuned and stock exhaust). With modified exhaust we went from 7.7 (stock tuning) to 7.1 (BT tuned). See review video below for results.
• Top speed on GPS went to 140MPH (151MPH indicated) with our tuning. Stock tuning was 134MPH on GPS.
