The 2026 Kawasaki ZX-10R and ZX-10RR (Gen 7) represent one of the most highly anticipated tuning platforms we've worked on this year. From the moment Kawasaki unveiled the redesign, riders began asking when a true ECU calibration solution would become available.

We're proud to introduce the first complete tuning solution developed from the ground up for the new platform.

For us, being first is only the starting point. Our objective has never been to simply unlock an ECU, it has always been to develop a calibration that meaningfully improves the entire riding experience. That means optimizing fueling, ignition, throttle mapping, and torque management across the entire operating range, not just at full throttle. The result is an OEM+ calibration that delivers smoother rideability, sharper throttle response, and stronger, more consistent performance in every riding condition.

The redesigned Gen 7 platform has already proven to be an exceptional foundation. Early testing has shown that it continues producing peak power approximately 500 RPM beyond the previous-generation ZX-10R, while benefiting from meaningful chassis refinements and a modern TFT display that further elevates the riding experience.

As with every platform we support, our goal isn't simply to produce bigger dyno numbers, it's to deliver a calibration that makes the motorcycle feel as refined and capable as it was always meant to be.

WHAT'S INCLUDED WITH ZX-10R / RR FLASH​

• Throttle-derestricted to 100%, and part throttles adjusted for smooth street and track on/off transitions - giving large horsepower and torque increases at 25/50/75/100% throttle in low to high revs (see dyno area sheet)
• Multiple throttle styles in one tune (F mode uses KRT Kawasaki race ECU throttle maps for spirited riding, M mode is stock 26 style but set for 100% power - that you can change to your preference)
• Fueling Adjusted (per gear for ram air) for maximum horsepower and torque within safety realms of all exhaust systems
  
• Ignition Adjusted for maximum torque without knock inference on 91+ fuels
• Per-cylinder tuning to exact AFR from hole to hole
• Fix of the extra notchy 25% low power dip the bike suffers from stock (see dyno area sheet)
• Idle and off idle parking lot adjustments for better riding experience with lunging
• Downshift blipper adjustment for quicker reactions without the factory (put you over the windshield) lunging
• Lower Fan-On Temp for cooling riding
• Increased RPM Limiter slightly +200rpm for increased powerband without overrev wear
• Removed Top Speed Limiter
  
• Removed cruise control speed limiter of 85mph
• Quick shifter upshift and downshift adjustments (specific to only our mapping)
• Configurations built for 100% factory bikes (CARB Stage1), slip-on, 3/4, and full. Pump gas and race gas. Our velocity stacks to follow

THE DETAILS

1. FUELING - With custom tuning we can target better AFR (air/fuel ratio) plots to enhance not only racing performance, but also cruising and partial throttle inputs. The 25% throttle range is critical here as that's where the bike suffers the most around town (see dyno chart section)
2. QUICKSHIFTER - Adjustments to blipper and upshift times have been adjusted for better rideability.
3. IGNITION - Optimized to make the most power while still being safe and reliable.
4. THROTTLE DE-RESTRICTION - Giving you the ability to utilize 100% of the throttle is paramount in track situations where you need all the power you can get on demand. The factory file has a “dead spot” on the top end that kills the bike's power curve when it should be making the most. This also means any kind of straight line acceleration also suffers. We remove these factory restrictions to ensure a smooth and predictable throttle, all the way to redline. At the same time we recalibrate the mid angles to work much better predictability of power on the track (a la) KRT type throttle mapping built into the stock ECU "F or sport" mode and stock transition style but set to 100% power in "M or road" mode. We have fully remapped the cruise zone of 20-25% throttle as this zone gives very erratic performance on stock throttle maps. This is a specific process only available in our product to give different riders different bike characteristics.
5. LOWER FAN-ON TEMP - To help not only the rider's enjoyment but also to keep the engine slightly cooler, we've lowered the fan-on temps slightly
6. INCREASED RPM LIMITER (at customer request) - +200rpm allows this new engine to use its top end power, no longer suffering from peak at 13,200, this bike now makes power to 13,800. Beware of tuning with too high of a limiter. The 26 in particular needs this bump to make the most of it's average horsepower.
7. INCREASED TOP SPEED LIMITER - Removed so you can let the bike run free in any track environment.

PLEASE NOTE ​

• (2026+) YOUR BIKE MUST HAVE ONE OF THESE ECU NUMBERS LISTED BELOW FOR THE HANDHELD TUNER, IF YOU ARE MAILING IN, YOU CAN SKIP THIS VERIFICATION
• If you want to use our handheld tuner and the bike has a different ECU number . Your ECU number can be found on the ECU itself in the tail of the bike. We found the ECU numbers we listed cover a huge range of 2026 bikes. We will be working to add more and will update this page when we do.
• We have configurations for stock, CARB, Slip, 3/4, and Full systems already (as of 4/21/2026) but will build database in future and update. Modifications outside of the may require individual fine fuel tuning for extreme users. Due to the sensitive nature of the ZX-10R's AFR (air/fuel ratio) and the platforms almost endless aftermarket options, the file we deliver you may need the fueling to be adjusted to meet the bike individual needs. In this instance of extreme racing or wanting every last horsepower, we recommend a piggyback fuel controller and wideband or an "auto-tuner" that can aid you in correcting your fuel maps under real life condition (if needed).
• NOTE:******This bikes throttle logic and throttle tube hardware system are not the same as the GEN5/6 or smooth like a BMW S1000RR and have very sporty and have sharp / aggressive throttle settings and engine braking style. Some enjoy this characteristic and some don't. Modifications to fueling / drive by wire does not change this.  An extremely short aftermarket exhaust will only make this worse.*****
