Yoshimura KLE500 2026 R-77 Stainless Slip-On Exhaust, W/ Stainless Muffler

The ultimate upgrade for the highly anticipated 2026 Kawasaki KLE 500 has arrived. The development team at Yoshimura R&D of America has custom-tuned our legendary R-77 specifically for Kawasaki’s new middleweight adventure platform, matching its rally-inspired aesthetics right out of the box utilizing the distinctive the iconic trapezoidal profile.

Under throttle, the system unlocks a beautiful, deep bark from the KLE 500's 451cc parallel-twin engine while remaining completely low-volume sound insert capable. In the performance department, the Yoshimura R-77 Street Series slip-on delivers up to a 1.8% increase in horsepower at 6,600 rpm and up to 3.9% more torque at 5,000 rpm, all while shaving nearly 3 pounds of restrictive factory bulk from the rear of the machine. The system is beautifully finished with a custom Yoshimura carbon fiber heel guard, protecting the rider from heat when standing on the pegs.
